After working 10+ years as an Insurance Producer for a national insurance broker, Will launched the Tucker Agency in 2018. Five years later, the company has grown from 3 employees to 12 while increasing revenue by 5 times. In 2023, Will saw an opportunity to expand into the PEO space. With his expertise in insurance and experience as a business owner, PEO|connect was the natural next evolution of Tucker Agency. 

Will has seen firsthand the value proposition that a PEO offers small and large companies alike. Will founded Tucker Agency with a focus on customer service and employee experience. But above all else, he is obsessed with making insurance as simple, understandable, and efficient for his customers as possible, which is the same mentality he is bringing to PEO|connect and at the heart of what a PEO does for companies.
