My professional journey began in the risk management area. Working with a prominent insurance carrier specializing in workers’ compensation, I successfully built a million-dollar book of business while spearheading the development of the Tennessee and Kentucky territories. 

Eager to broaden my horizons, I took on the role of National Account Executive at a Human Capital Management company. In this capacity, I skillfully managed relationships with well-known brokerage firms in all regions of the country, while focusing on the strategic education of payroll technology, benefits, and compliance services. 

The one commonality observed while immersing myself in these complex industries was the difficulties business owners face and the minimum number of resources that are available to them. Now, as a co-founder of PEO|connect, I can leverage my extensive background to give time, money, and support back to our clients!

After working 10+ years as an Insurance Producer for a national insurance broker, Will launched the Tucker Agency in 2018. Five years later, the company has grown from 3 employees to 12 while increasing revenue by 5 times. In 2023, Will saw an opportunity to expand into the PEO space. With his expertise in insurance and experience as a business owner, PEO|connect was the natural next evolution of Tucker Agency. 

Will has seen firsthand the value proposition that a PEO offers small and large companies alike. Will founded Tucker Agency with a focus on customer service and employee experience. But above all else, he is obsessed with making insurance as simple, understandable, and efficient for his customers as possible, which is the same mentality he is bringing to PEO|connect and at the heart of what a PEO does for companies.
